I am Slavik Robtsenkov, a real estate agent at Remax Cony Overseas. I was born in Estonia but have lived in Finland over 15 years. Now I have lived in Gran Canaria in Las Palmas for three years. I like my new home town and would gladly recommend it to others.

I sell apartments in the whole Las Palmas area. My special knowledge, however, lies in these areas: Las Canteras, Guanarteme, La Isleta, Mesa y Lopez, Alcaravaneras, Ciudad Jardin, Arenales, Triana, Vegueta, Escaleritas, Schamann, La Feria, Minilla, Las Torres and Siete Palmas.

I will give you a reasonable price estimate for your apartment free of charge.
I want to be honest and I won’t sell an overpriced apartment since it will only be an inconvenience to You. The selling time gets dragged out, your apartment won’t sell and the apartment won’t be as interesting to buyers.

At Remax I have the sales support of a large office and access to help regarding legal matters as well as other matters regarding apartment deals. My native language is Russian but I also speak Finnish and Estonian fluently. And of course, Spanish. English works too. Most of the apartment buyers are Spanish but Gran Canaria is becoming more and more international. Many visitors get interested in buying their own apartment and that’s when a real estate agent needs language skills and knowledge of other cultures.

Nowadays apartments are mainly advertised online. Visibility on real estate sites and social media is crucial so that the ad is noticed at all. I make webpages myself and photography is my hobby so digital marketing of apartments is easy for me. I invest in good quality pictures in apartment ads because they help the customer make a first impression of the apartment. The attractiveness of the advertisements determines whether a buyer wants more information about the apartment or not. Many pearls go customers by as the ad was not compelling enough.
It is important to stay updated on the newest trends in the real estate business. That is why I constantly educate myself and widen my horizons in marketing as well as residential laws.
